DENVER – Broker Associates with Kentwood City Properties have announced cycling and walking tours of distinctive properties in the master-planned Stapleton community and in downtown Denver for Sunday, September 8, 2013.

Christine Nicholson and Lea Van Schaack will host a walking tour of multiple residences in Denver’s LoDo, Ballpark, and Riverfront neighborhoods from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on September 8th.  Participants will meet at the Kentwood City Properties office at 17th and Wynkoop. A variety of homes in various styles, sizes and price ranges will be showcased on the tour. Attendees will also enjoy a brief overview of Denver’s bike sharing program, including how it operates and bike station locations.

Resources Real Estate Announces the Opening of their Fourth Office in Atlantic Highlands

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - Resources Real Estate with offices in Rumson, Red Bank and Monmouth Beach is proud to announce the opening of their newest branch location in Atlantic Highlands.

“This is Resources’ fourth office,” said Carolynn Diakon, Broker-Senior Partner. “We opened Red Bank less than a year ago and are happy to say we’re doing very well. Offices in downtown locations, really serve the local town, and we see many walk in clients, looking for our help. Therefore we are adding many additional agents to handle the volume of inquiries.

The new office, located at 65 First Avenue at the corner of Center, will serve as a training center as well as a sales office. “As we continue to grow, so has our need for space for our weekly agent training sessions,” added Diakon.
